Healthy, but with chocolate flavour? Yes please!
I love to start my morning with fruits, berries and granola. I also like to start my mornings healthy, but most of the delicious readymade granolas contain a lot of sugar and some of the sugar free ones might be dry and a bit tasteless. The selection is pretty small especially in grocery stores in the countryside. Luckily, I have this delicious chocolate granola recipe that tastes amazing but won’t include a lot of sugar and fat. I could eat a bowl full of this granola every morning!

- 1 dl cashew nuts crushed
- 1 dl almonds (with skin) crushed
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

- 2.5 tbsp honey
- 0.5 tsp salt
- (Dried berries)

- Spread the sticky mixture on baking paper, on a baking tray. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. Turn the oven temperature to 170C and keep roasting the granola for 5 more minutes. Be careful to not burn it. (Depending on your oven, you can take the granola out sooner or keep roasting it a bit longer.)
